Band App Communication

For high school band, since we are so active and so many messages are sent, there are two separate groups: one for students and one for parents, to siphon information to the relevant parties.

Band Students

This is the primary method of communication to students about class assignments, as well as performance, trip, and fundraiser details. All students should be registered on this chat so they can be reached when traveling for events.

Band Parents

This is the primary method of communication to parents about band events, band booster information and events, and all other parent-specific information. When the band is on trips, parents can reach the directors using this chat.
